Monica has been a Realtor since 1999. Born and raised in Dutchess County, Beacon/Fishkill area, Monica loves to share her knowledge of the area and is extremely familiar with the current market.

Monica is an Associate Broker with EXIT Drake Realty and holds her designations in GRI (Graduation Realtor Institute), ABR (Accreditated Buyer Representative) and SRES (Senior Residential Specialist). She is a member of Dutchess, Orange/Rockland, Westchester/Putnam Multiple Listing Services to better serve her clients.

Monica is a member of the Fishkill Nazarene Church where she volunteers her time teaching Sunday School and College-Age ministry.

Monica lives in Fishkill with her husband and three children, two of which are in college.
