About Christina Daniello, MS, ITI, GRI, GREEN, SRES, SFR
Christina's interest in real estate started years ago when she was a cost estimator for a construction company. In 2004, she became a Licensed New York State Real Estate Salesperson and is currently affiliated with a real estate brokerage firm in Rockland County. Her interest in the field led her into studying the art of real estate appraising; to date, she has completed all the residential and commercial coursework and obtained her New York State Real Estate Appraisal Assistant License in 2005.
She began her appraisal field training in residential assignments and then graduated to commercial property inspections in Rockland, Westchester, and Putnam counties. Her professional affiliations include membership in the New York State Society of Real Estate Appraisers (NYSSREA), Westchester County Society of Real Estate Appraisers (WCSREA), New York State Multiple Listing Service, the New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR), and the New City Chamber of Commerce.
In 2008, she earned the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation and has earned her Graduate Realtor Institute, (GRI) designation in 2009 and the GREEN designation in 2010. She has earned her Masters in Education in 2010 at Long Island University. In July 2011 she completed the Instructor Training Institute (ITI) which is a professional development resource for real estate instructors and trainers.
Christina holds the title of Assistant Education Director for both NYSSREA and WCSREA and assists in developing real estate and appraisal courses/seminars. In addition, she is a New York State Licensed Real Estate Instructor, an Adjunct Professor at Westchester Community College, and was a member of the Board of Governors of NYSSREA.
Christina is the Founder and Owner of Rockwest Home Services since 2001.
