I am a dual-licensed real estate salesperson in Manhattan and in Nassau County, Long Island. I also have experience living and working in Suffolk County, Long Island. I relish specializing in residential sales, both in New York and on Long Island. In Manhattan, my particular area of interest lies with brownstone townhomes and historic buildings. I have been both a Harlem resident and a Long Island resident for many years. I acquired my own Harlem property in 1986 and I am particularly fond of my immediate neighborhood, the Mount Morris Park Historic District. It was designated an historic district by the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission in 1971. I look forward to sharing my knowledge and enthusiasm for Harlem with all my future customers and clients, while continuing to work with buyers and sellers on Long Island. Wherever real estate takes me, my goal is always to understand the needs and desires of those I serve and help fulfill them to the best of my ability.
