I ventured into the Real Estate world when I was 21, by purchasing my 1st piece of property which was a vacant lot. I bought the lot for 25k then sold it a year later for 75k with a 50k profit it started from there. From there I went on to purchase my 1st house then 6 months later bought a another house in Maryland. Also purchased a 3 family in NJ, then another 2 family in Queens etc. With my experience in Arbitration from working in the Insurance Industry for over 7 years, makes me a very good negotiator & problem solver. Later on I opened my 1st franchise restaurant in Harlem on Adam Clayton Powell Jr Blvd & 145th Street called "The CheeseSteak Factory" some of the best Philly CheeseSteak's that didn't come from Philly. Real Estate started out as a hobby that turned into a career, so when many say this their job for me its not. It's my passion & my Love for what I do & what I like to achieve & help others do the same. People say that Knowledge is power, I think that's untrue. I stand on the fact that the "application of knowledge" is what's power! Association brings forth assimilation, so you are who you surround yourself with. I'm a family man that desires to share my knowledge with those who want more out of life than just to live & survive. But rather want to enjoy life & be happy living in the life you've created for yourself.
