Lindsay Nelms moved to NYC upon graduating from the Art Institute of Philadelphia to pursue a career in fashion design. Upon arrival, she was the right hand to the president of a large fashion company for several years. Yet with the lack of options to grow, she left the company for better opportunities.  Lindsay was introduced to real estate through a friend and she fell in love with the fast paced environment  (similar to the fashion industry) and the design of Manhattan properties.
