Jacob Sussan puts the Real in Real Estate. He always finishes what he starts, and focuses on the task at hand with utmost diligence and enthusiasm. With over 11 years of experience, Jacob began his real estate career brokering residential sales and rentals, and managed the sales from “start-to-finish” of several new developments with Douglas Elliman and Voda Bauer Real Estate, from 10 units all the way to 130 units. He then brokered and was involved in the sales and leasing of several investment and retail properties, including two brand new rental building in Williamsburg. This gave Jacob the experience and wide range of expertise for the valuable support, resources and marketing impact he offers clients.

Originally from Israel, Jacob studied Finance & Investments at Baruch College. He draws upon his financial background to advise clients on everything from appropriate financing to denial-proof board package preparation. He specializes in condo sales mainly in Midtown East, on the Upper East Side and in Long Island City. Prior to moving to New York, he lived in various cities throughout Israel and the U.S., giving him broad exposure to different people and personality types.
