Veronica is a licensed real estate agent having joined Charles Rutenberg Realty LLC following a distinguished real estate career spanning 30 years. She graduated Brooklyn College with a degree in economics.

A resident New Yorker since childhood, Veronica has negotiated purchases and sales of Condominiums, Co-Ops and Single-Family homes as well as long-term and short-term rentals across the five boroughs and Long Island. During this time, Veronica has been involved with Brownstone and Multi-Family residences including restructurings, restorations and relocations. Due to her strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, engineers and mortgage brokers, Veronica aids her clients in all aspects of the purchase/sales process including preparing Board packages and prepping prospective buyers with Board interview techniques. Veronica maintains excellent relationships with brokers enabling positive negotiation experiences as well as executing Private transactions before they’re publicized on real estate websites. She lives on the Upper West Side with her husband where she is involved with numerous charities and non-profit organizations especially for children and the elderly.

Veronica can often be found entertaining her grandchildren across the best sites of Manhattan.
