Danish-born Steen W. Rasmussen has been a New York broker since 1990. His expertise runs the gamut of residential real estate and he is one of the most experienced agents in the business today. He handles sales and rentals all over Manhattan, as well as in Queens and Brooklyn.

Early in his career, Steen focused on co-op sales on the Upper East Side (his home for 15 years), and Sutton Place/Midtown (his home for 10 years) where he continues to serve on his former co-ops board of directors. He also serves on the board of his co-op in Jackson Heights (his primary residence since 2015).

As residential New York City has grown, so has Steens knowledge of the over 250 distinctive neighborhoods that make up this amazing city. He has worked out of several offices on the East Side, the West Side, Greenwich Village, Harlem, Hamilton Heights, and Downtown Brooklyn. His explorations into Queens were initially motivated by personal interest, but has since evolved into a solid knowledge of the borough from Long Island City/Astoria to Jackson Heights.
