Whether working with buyers or sellers, she understands that every customer is a unique individual and comes up with a strategic plan to help them find exactly what theyre looking for. Aside from providing a group of experts to streamline the process, she personally manages every transaction from beginning to end. 
With over 13 years of Manhattan real estate experience, no transaction is too small or too big. Her specialty ranges from residential, investor to foreign purchases. Many of her clients are repeat customers but she still enjoys the challenge of finding a buyers "first home". 
A Montreal native, Sandra has lived in Manhattan with her family for over 20 years. She enjoys kick boxing with her daughter, being an extra in her sons i-movies and taking her Cavapoo out for long runs in Central Park. Giving back is a priority and she and her husband sponsor an early intervention program for children with learning differences.
