Born in Columbus, Ohio and raised in Virginia, Iris has happily called NYC home for more than two decades. She holds a BBA in Finance degree from Howard University in Washington, DC, and an MFA in Performing Arts from the Actors Studio Drama School in New York. Prior to real estate, Iris worked in sales and marketing for Fortune 500 companies like Pfizer, Bristol-Myers Squibb and Scott Paper. She is extremely multifaceted and business savvy, and listens closely to her customers in order to better serve them.

Married with a son, Iris loves being a mom and is big into personal development. Her hobbies include floral design, which she studies at the New York Botanical Gardens. Other pastimes include volunteering at community functions and parent organizations.  She also likes conducting workshops on home buying, home selling, property management and wealth management to help empower others.
