To educate his clients, George believes first in educating himself. As a New York City resident for two decades and a real estate investor for over 10 years, he understands the changing market and the ins and outs of the business. This makes George a valuable resource for every client.

George believes in developing personal relationships while doing business. To him, no request is too large or too small when it comes to servicing his clients. George is responsible, knowledgeable, loyal, and passionate about his work. While most of his clients are developers, he also enjoys helping individual buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. He has a very strong team for oversea buyers in both investment and EB5 immigration.

Originally from China, George holds a BS from Beijing University of Aeronautics and an MS from CUNY. He speaks fluent Chinese and English. George has lived in Midtown Manhattan for 20 years, plus resided in Brooklyn, Flushing and Bayside. His prior work experience was a seven years government officer in China and a ten years’ service manager in New York, as well as a longtime building material importer exporter between China and the US. He has very strong relationship with the Developers in both China and US.

George personally enjoys playing golf, shopping and finding gourmet food throughout the city. He is also a member of the New York Flip and Investment Association.
