Hello. I have been a Residential RE agent since 1996. Majority of my career has been spent On-Site for Developers in New Construction Sale and Rental properties. I have managed sites with portfolios of 500+ units. Ive spent the last 7 years in the resale market guiding individual buyers, landlords and managing privately owned out-of-state-owners residential investments with their rentals and property oversight. I have also been a buyer, seller and landlord since 1993. This vast amount of hands-on first-person experience is your greatest asset. I constantly work to progress and accumulate knowledge. An informed consumer is my happiest customer. These tenets have always been my motivators.
