As a licensed Associate Real Estate Broker originally from Cheng Du China, Connie has spent most of her adult life living and acquiring her secondary education in New York, while still maintaining her ties to her family, friends, heritage, and business associates in China. 

With a strong background in sales, residential development, construction, and law, Connie has a keen eye for seeking out the highest level of properties in terms of construction quality, ideal location, valuation, and investment opportunity. 

Connie is known to take the time to learn and understand what her clients’ real estate wants and needs are by tirelessly working and doing the homework to find the most desirable properties that often times exceed her client’s expectations. 

Connie has spent the last 20 years owning and running a successful travel business between China, Europe and the US. She was also a partner in a real estate development company that built primary residences in Rockland County NY and oversaw construction compliance and quality control. During her education years, she spent time working at a prestigious NY law firm as a paralegal. 

When not working with her clients Connie enjoys, skiing, golf and traveling the world.
