Knowledge and experience is the key to success. Growing up in New York, Brian is very familiar with the amazingly distinct neighborhoods of Manhattan and surrounding areas. He has been an active real estate investor since 2004 and specializes in representing clients with luxury Residential Condo and Co-op sales and leasing. His tenacity, marketing prowess and in-depth real estate knowledge has lead Brian to become one of R New Yorks top producing agents in a very short time. Brian has recently been breaking price per square foot records in the Battery Park / West Tribeca area and has been featured as a real estate expert on New York 1, LXTV’s Price Fix and Urban Digs. 
Prior to joining R New York, Brian utilized his business economics and finance degree working in the investment bank of several prestigious Wall Street firms as an institutional bond trader. In his last role, Brian lead the Fixed Income Division of a public Wall Street firm. While working in finance, Brian developed his passion for real estate. He now focuses the skills he learned on Wall Street to assist his clients in achieving their goals. Brian excels at analyzing a specific market to isolate where the value is and negotiating deals for his clients. He has developed a reputation as an honest, intelligent and hardworking real estate professional.

Brian provides full-service assistance from providing market analysis, negotiating terms, guiding through the mortgage and board approval process to even locating reliable attorneys and/or contractors.

He brings his finance background, real estate investing knowledge and his experience as a former Board President of a NYC Cooperative to the table with every deal. Brian currently resides in North Battery Park with his wife and children. When not working (which is rare) Brian enjoys traveling, sailing, experiencing new cultures and good rounds of golf.
