Anthony brings passion, energy, dedicated focus, and a strong commitment to excellence to the world of real estate. A people person, he listens carefully to understand each real estate clients individual needs and goals and works diligently and tirelessly to exceed their expectations.

A New York City native Anthony has first hand knowledge and expertise of Manhattans many unique and diverse neighborhoods. Additionally, as an investor of several New York City real estate properties he understands the needs and challenges of being a landlord, screening and working with tenants, property management, and the intricacies of dealing with cooperative and condominium Boards.

Prior to joining Rutenberg Realty, Anthony worked for several major corporations in Finance, Sales and Business Development positions, his latest as a Vice President with MasterCard Worldwide. His extensive financial and business background provides him with the requisite skills to understand and negotiate complex real estate transactions and contracts.

Anthony holds an MBA in Finance and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.

Outside of work, Anthony interests include travel, tennis, racquetball, running, playing softball in Manhattans Central Park, and working with several charitable organizations.
