Richard's prior internship experience as an Investment Sales Analyst for Ariel Property Advisors and a Market Research Analyst for RE/MAX Midtown makes him a market expert in NYC real estate and highly effective at closing real estate  transactions whether you're renting an apartment in the five boroughs or buying a development site to build a new mid-rise tower. He'll discover your criteria, take you out to see as many properties as you need and guide you through the closing process with full due-diligence served. On his free time, he devotes hours to studying advanced mathematics and financial economics as he is pursuing accreditation to become an Actuary. These skills come into play with real estate as he is able to calculate mortgage payments, conduct asset evaluations and develop risk management strategies. At NYU, Richard is an active member of the Stern Real Estate Club, Alpha Phi Delta Fraternity, ALPFA and the Actuarial Society.
