Moses boasts an extensive understanding of New York City and its transportation system having worked for the MTA New York City Transit, where he was instrumental in managing properties and facilities operated by the agency. He was also involved with a project for the New York City Department of Education, playing a significant role in helping with education budgets.

Moses holds a Masters degree in Public Administration from New York University. He received his real estate training from Citi Habitats and Corcoran. As a marathoner, he usually begins each day with a run, especially in Central Park. Moses is a member of New York Road Runners, and is currently preparing to run next year's New York City Marathon. He is also a superb cook who appreciates good food. Mostly, Moses loves meeting people and spending time with friends and family.
