Melinda Richardson is a dedicated real estate professional who makes sure that her buyers, sellers and renters looking to optimize their real estate experience, and their investment, are treated with great care and skill. Her knowledge, experience and thorough service is unmatched. Melinda focuses on the west side and in particular brownstones and new buildings in the Upper West Side and Hell's Kitchen. She earned a Master’s degree in Political and Social Sciences from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, Spain and as part of her studies worked at United Nations Headquarters at both the UN Democracy Fund and the UN Office for Partnerships. She earned her undergraduate degree with a joint major in Philosophy and Political Science from Boston University. Previously Melinda lived in Barcelona, Spain where she started several online businesses focused on real estate and education in the ex-pat community. She currently serves as representative on the United Nations Association National Council and teaches private yoga classes in addition to guiding her real estate clients in New York City. She brings her clients a uniquely informed perspective regarding all aspects of a real estate search and transaction, and enjoys the entire process.
