Lucas Chu, a lifelong New Yorker, has a creative, youthful vision that stems from attending Film School in Brooklyn and working as a Film Editor on commercials, music videos and television. His astute eye is drawn to well designed apartments/buildings and beautiful neighborhoods in Manhattan. Lucas started young in real estate, helping manage properties in Manhattan and Brooklyn for his father. He loved working one-on-one with people to help them secure their ideal home. Lucas got his start in professional real estate at Corcoran, one of the top real estate firms in the city. The training under a top team with 30 years of Manhattan residential real estate experience imparted Lucas with great knowledge and eventually allowed him to go off on his own. He currently works at Oxford Property Group. Lucas takes the renting and buying process seriously because he understands a home can be the largest investment in one's life.
