Leon Ye has over 15 years of diversified experiences spanning across residential/commercial real estate, hospitality, and accounting industries. He connects domestic buyers as well as those abroad with the sellers here in the US to invest in investment projects or development projects of hospitality, office buildings and multi-families. Prior to that, he was with Conquest Advisors LLC, a NYC boutique firm, for three years as a commercial investment sales analyst; this experience was a benefit from his many years’ working in accounting capacity in the corporate world. Some selected properties are investment sales property in lower east side, and luxury condos in upper east side Manhattan House, upper west side Trump Place, Fifth Avenue high-rise condo and dumbo area. Leon Ye holds a Bachelor of Science from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and a Master of Management in Hospitality in the Hotel School – now affiliated with Johnson School of Management at Cornell University.
