Prior to entering the world of NYC real estate, David honed his deeper understanding of real estate through leading a large team in a construction company in Philadelphia, PA. David was responsible for overseeing large projects such as a full building renovation for a new condo development in the center of Philadelphia.  David’s exceptional negotiating skills, combined with his hands-on previous construction work, guarantees that his clients receive an overall clear picture of the asset and its value prior to purchasing or selling their properties.

In his free time, David enjoys playing soccer weekly with friends and watching NBA and soccer games.  Additionally, David is an accomplished guitarist and has toured along the east coast with several bands. Currently, he is working with his wife, a singer-songwriter, on their first album together.
