Ava works with clients with both residential and commercial real estate. She works with residential sales, and commercial leasing and sales. In particular, foreign service professionals have commended Ava on her understanding of administrative and personal issues arising from their relocation to a foreign city. Additionally, they have trusted her absolute interest in achieving the best deal possible for her clients.
Ava enjoys history, languages, and cultures to help understand clients from diverse backgrounds and places around the world; she speaks Korean and French, and a little Italian. Almost a native New Yorker, she grew up in New York City and is a graduate of Stuyvesant and Columbia University. Prior to real estate, Ava worked with technology groups with financial firms in New York City as a consultant and technology instructor.
In her free time, Ava enjoys K-Drama; she has gained expert knowledge of Korean historical dramas post 2005. Ava is a member of REBNY (Real Estate Board of NY) and regularly attends seminars and classes to stay up to date with latest developments in real estate market and regulations, to best achieve fair dealings with clients, landlords, and co-brokers.
