Ashish started his first business when he was just 16 and was overseeing a major multi-city sales operation by the time he was 23. After coming to New York in 2001, he joined a fashion and design sales firm, quickly rising to partner status as he helped boost the company’s sales from thousands to millions in the course of just one and a half year. At the same time, Ashish began investing in New York City real estate, using his marketplace knowledge and savvy sales skills to consistently purchase properties at their low point and turn them around for maximum profits. After a decade of buying, selling and renting his own investment properties, it was only natural for Ashish to transition into full time real estates sales.
