A graduate of Rutgers University and University of Miami School of Law, Richard started working in the Financial District in 1988 as an International Ocean Marine Insurance Broker. Born in Brooklyn, Richard has lived in several Brooklyn neighborhoods, Manhattan, and now resides in Staten Island. Richard brings a Legal and Sales background to the firm. Real Estate captures many of the skills he has developed over his working career, and he especially enjoys the marketing and creative side. He specializing in relocation services, and handles, sales, rental and all types of home searches. He wants to bring the North Shore of Staten Island in competition with the other hot neighborhoods surrounding Manhattan.
