Viviana Merino has a strong Real Estate background. At a young age she learned the basics from her Step Father. He is a Landlord of a couple residential Building in Brooklyn, NY & Pennsylvania. Viviana Started to work in Real Estate as Office/ Property Manager at Alpha Properties NYC from 2010-2013. Having worked at Alpha for almost 3 years Viviana learned more and more about NYC rentals. Viviana has a position now in Keller Williams as Assistant to Director, Rental Division and is looking forward to learn and grow here in KWNYC.
