Wei (Vivia) Zhuang's smile makes you easily recognize her among thousands of people. Having worked as a customer manager in banking for over 15 years, she has visited more than 20 countries from Asia, Europe to Africa for business. The experience of working with different cultures and countries has given her a good sense and ability to communicate diplomatically with all kinds of clients, and at perceiving their needs. Wei credits her background with developing integrity, optimism and open heartness, and has fostered her strong work ethic. Her principle is to treat everyone with great responsibility, enthusiasm and dedication. Originally from Beijing, Wei is now a resident of New York City. She has obtained a BS degree in Accounting, and is able to conduct business with equal ability in Mandarin and English.
