Thomas Ai was born in China and educated in England. He has obtained a Bachelor?s degree in Economics from University College London. Since his father is in the Real Estate Development business, he learned first-hand from his father about land acquisitions, research, management, marketing and the financial aspect of Real Estate. This is where Thomas became passionate about Real Estate and he believes passion is the key to success. Given Thomas? multicultural background, he understands what clients want and especially clients from China.
