Svetlana, a native of Belarus, has been residing in New York City for the past fourteen years and is bilingual in English and Russian. She is a graduate of Baruch College and holds a degree in Finance and Investments. During her college career Svetlana interned for several financial institutions gaining knowlegde in the finance and business world. Right after graduation she started her entrepreneurial ventures by founding and running a successful luxury transportation company. She brings to her real estate practice an intimate knowledge of the city, keen business sense, and the arts of marketing, negotiating abilities, budget analysis, and strong interpersonal skills. Svetlana's genuine and straightforward personality earned her appreciation from her customers throughout her professional past. She uses her keen eye and her analytical training to quickly sift through, evaluate and present the most relevant data to her clients. In addition to her real estate career, Svetlana has spent a considerable amount of her private time providing tutoring services for elementary school children, and is heavily involved in charitable events run by the school her daughter attends.To expand her knowledge of the world she travels whenever she has the opportunity. Svetlana also has a passion for art, international cuisine, and establishing strong social and professional connections with the wonderful people she meets.
