Hsuanyu (Sharon) was born in Taiwan, and holds a masters degree in cello performance. She embraced NYC at first glance attending the music education program at New York University. Since then she has come to love the city even more. Sharon has 20 years of dedication to music and she brings that same dedication, passion, and communication to real estate. By high school, Sharon had developed an obsession with housing, looking at housing websites and prodding her parents to buy houses she liked. They never did, but that never stopped her from looking and finding out what makes a property great. She has extensive knowledge of feng shui which she also applies when evaluating properties. One of her life dreams was to be a Real Estate investor. As a real estate agent, she shares her passion to help clients find their dream homes. Sharon is down-to-earth, sincere, and sensitive to the needs of others and to the environment. Having organized various performances for herself and for her students, she has great intuition for how to structure and execute a program. In the face of many challenges, she stays collected and flexible, adjusting to ever-changing needs. She is excited to bring her skills and personal charm to the real estate world.Outside of work, Sharon has many hobbies and talents. She can speak Mandarin, Taiwanese and English. An avid competitor, she is an amateur ballroom dancer. She practices meditation for mind-body awareness.
