Armed with professional experience in construction, architecture, and interior design, Nick has spent his career building the foundation for navigating New York's exciting real estate market.

Starting out as a skilled drywall contractor and Air Force reservist, Nick went on to receive his Masters degree in Architecture from Kent State University with a focus in Urban Planning. His studies took him to 30 countries spanning three continents before fulfilling his lifelong dream of buying a home with his wife in Astoria. After two years of designing corporate interiors in Manhattan, proving an instant knack for space planning and sales, Nick took his talents to Google as a full-time contractor with Eurest Services. There he strategized with management to properly allocate building resources and maximize productivity. Nick is a natural-born leader and people person whose passion, work ethic and hands-on experience brings added value to your real estate experience.

When Nick isn't researching the ever changing real estate market, he can be found updating his home in Astoria with his wife Sarah, a talented home stager and professional organizer, and their dog, Hiro.
