Natalia?s interest in real estate was sparked thanks to her father who has invested in, developed and prospered from owning real estate. After working with a property manager at a large luxury residential building in Florida, she realized that real estate was the career for her, and that her passion lied more so in the commercial arena. Natalia initially shadowed Marlene Jemal at Keller Williams NYC who capably guided her in learning the commercial business. She is now proudly a member of Marlene?s team. Natalia specializes in commercial sales in all NYC boroughs, with client satisfaction the utmost focus and priority. Born in Colombia and raised in Venezuela, Natalia lived in Florida since the age of nine before moving to NYC to attend college. She pursued studies in economics and psychology at Fordham University, cultivating her natural business mind and interpersonal skills.Natalia?s prior experiences always revolved around helping others and meeting people?s needs, even back in the days when she interned as a business developer with the nonprofit Hispanic Business Initiative Fund helping Hispanics lift their businesses off the ground.
