Mirza Avdovic pivoted his career from pre-medicine and teaching to focus on combining two of his passions: helping people and New York City. A native of Bosnia in the Balkans, Mirza hails from a diverse multilingual and multicultural background that has allowed him to not only experience but also connect with individuals from different cultures.

His knowledge of rezoning laws, along-side his day to day interactions with developers in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens, allows him to provide alternative investment market research, news and insight to his clients. He specializes in relationship management with developers and project sales from pre-development to post-development and full on management. Beyond Capital is a sophisticated, close-knit operation that provides world-class customer service and specializes in the sales, marketing and pre-development planning of new buildings in New York City. Mirza and his team work closely with developers in emerging markets and global regions. In addition, Beyond Capital bridges real estate investments across all portals by producing and collaborating on creative concepts with startup and Fortune 500 companies.

An avid sports enthusiast who played football, basketball and tennis competitively in high school and college, Mirza enjoys channeling his desire to win by understanding his client?s wants and translating them into tangible results.
