Matthew has lived in Manhattan since the early 2000's in many of the city?s prominent neighborhoods. This experience has provided him a deep understanding of the city and all it has to offer. Originally from a small town in upstate New York, Matthew has always had a love for urban environments. His teenage years were largely spent visiting friends and family in Montreal, QC. It was in Montreal where he developed a taste for city living, prompting him to move to NYC at the age of 22. Matthew found his first apartment in the Chelsea neighborhood and immediately felt as though he was home.Matthew currently resides 2 blocks from Morningside Park in Harlem with his wife and daughter. When he?s not helping his clients find their own unique place in NYC, you will find him in many of the city?s parks with his daughter.
