Utilizing his market knowledge and partnering with KWNYC, he is able to leverage the company?s industry recognition, platform and support to further assist his clientele and now take care of all of their acquisition and disposition needs. Whether his clients are looking for luxury condos, mixed-use/multi-family, new development, retail and/or office properties, Mark Anthony can provide them with access to an international network of investment properties as well as best in class marketing, customer service and research support. In addition to being a real estate investor himself, Mark Anthony has prior experience in asset management, commercial real estate underwriting and real estate acquisitions. He has pro-forma/cash flow modeling and ARGUS experience and is currently working to obtain his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute as well as the Real Estate Board of New York. Prior to his career in real estate, Mark Anthony owned and managed a custom suit company based out of Midtown, Manhattan which was featured in the Wall Street Journal?s Men?s Fashion Blog and selected as a member of the New York Young Luxury Marketing Council. He was also involved with several other successful entrepreneurial ventures and previously worked as a paralegal for one of the most prestigious law firms in the U.S. as well as for a leading international financial institution. Mark Anthony is currently pursuing his Master?s Degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University?s Schack Institute of Real Estate. He graduated from The George Washington University with a BA in International Affairs where he had the opportunity to intern for the United States Senate as well as for the late Senator Frank R. Lautenberg.
