Marco believes owning real estate is the best investment you can make for many reasons. A seasoned real estate professional with a wealth of knowledge in all facets of buying and selling, he has been involved in the business in various capacities, from project and construction management to mortgage lending and residential brokerage.

He got his real estate license in Florida in 2002 and went on to become licensed in NY. This Miami native earned a BBA in Finance with a minor in Spanish from the University of Miami, then went on to receive an MS in Real Estate with a minor in Building Construction from the University of Florida. Marco always had a passion for real estate and a clear path to success. He began as a project manager at Gulfside Development in South Miami where he was involved with the development of Downtown Dadeland, a 7-building, 7-story mixed-use project. Marco then ascended to the Development Associate position which was created for him at Terranova Corp. There he helped oversee tenant improvements at 17 office parks, retail centers and warehouse locations.

Moving to NYC in 2006, Marco branched into finance at Credit Suisse in the Alternative Investments Department. He subsequently served as a mortgage loan officer for three years in Garden City; then got back into residential brokerage, his true passion, because he missed the human aspect of orchestrating a deal from start to finish. He is extremely knowledgeable about the market, the purchase and sale process, contract negotiation, as well as residential purchase, rehab and refinance loans. His work in these areas and with developers, investors, builders and architects gives him a unique and varied perspective.

A resident of Kew Gardens with his wife and new Shih Tzu puppy, Marco has lived in various neighborhoods including Astoria, LIC, Carroll Gardens, Williamsburg, Greenpoint and the East Village. He services all areas of Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens. Personally, he is extremely adventurous and well-rounded. Marco speaks Spanish fluently, is an avid tennis player, a black diamond skier, sports athlete, amateur chef and photographer, adventure traveler and volunteer for various causes.
