Livia De Paolis discovered her passion for real estate when she bought her first NYC studio back in 2008 and has since then conducted a few successful investment deals for herself. Realizing of how much she enjoys apartment hunting led her to become an agent.

She strives to offer her clients what she values the most: transparency, integrity, and a real effort in making the client?s needs her priority. She?s been living in NYC for more then 10 years and loves every corner of the city as she believes every neighborhood has something very unique to offer.

An accomplished filmmaker she currently lives in Battery Park City with her dog Smitten and spends her free time doing yoga, reading, catching a show at the theater or simply walking around the Island of Manhattan.
