Kristen is a licensed real estate agent who is originally from Maryland, but has lived in New York City for the past 12 years. She and her husband have been residing on the Upper East Side for 10 years. Kristen is no stranger to the real estate market as her father is a mortgage lender in Maryland, and she owns investment properties there as well. Also, she helped facilitate the recent purchase of her new apartment. Kristen came to New York City to pursue an acting career after earning a degree in English at Virginia Tech University. She decided to focus on real estate because she knows firsthand how stressful the entire process can be. She wants to make the real estate transaction as smooth as possible for her clients because she feels that finding a new home should be exciting!
