Working in the Real Estate Industry for over a decade, Julius specializes in residential sales and rentals. He loves networking and marketing, and adept in the negotiation and selling process of homes, condos and co-ops. He is a hard working, dedicated professional who will always work diligently to find the perfect home for his buyers and tenants or the right buyer for the property owners he represents.

Julius was first introduced to the industry by his father who was a Real Estate Broker in the mid 80's. A graduate of CUNY Baruch College School of Business in New York City, Julius earned a degree in Marketing and Advertising in 2003. He soon after pursued a career in Real Estate. In addition to being a licensed Broker his experience comes from a background of employment as a legal assistant for the NYS Attorney for HUD, a loan officer in the Mortgage industry and is a Notary Public in New York.

His knowledge of the ins and outs of a real estate transaction from beginning to end is much appreciated by his clients. In addition, having owned, maintained, independently managed and sold real estate; Julius offers his personal experience (both positive and negative) and learned knowledge of real estate to his customers and clients, especially first-time home buyers.

Julius is a native New Yorker who grew up in Queens and Long Island. He has lived in neighborhoods including Forest Hills, Astoria, Williamsburg, Hells Kitchen, the East Village and now resides in Park Slope, Brooklyn with his wife and dog Sandy. He enjoys traveling abroad but even exploring locally the new "hot spots" of New York, especially hidden underground venues such as speakeasy lounges and new restaurants.
