Julia Maksimova specializes in landlord and tenant representation in the New York City Metro area. She started her career as a research intern with Cushman & Wakefield in Moscow, Russia which transitioned into a full time Market Research position in New York where she was responsible for supporting company's retail brokerage with statistical market analysis. She became a retail leasing broker in 2009.

Today, Julia is focusing her efforts on both landlord and tenant representation throughout New York City. She has worked with high profile landlords such as: Stellar Management, Columbia University, Clinton Housing Development Company, SAS Management and several other and many retailers, including Aveda (Estee Lauder Companies), Tartinery, Tommy Hilfiger, Elie Tahari, Fox Group (Israel) and others.

Julia's perspective and extensive leadership experience make her a trusted advisor for clients, which has resulted in countless deals.

Julia holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Economics and Management from Moscow State University, Russia. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). Julia is currently in the process of attaining her CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation.

Julia in serving on the Agent Leadership Council at Keller Williams NYC as well as the Commercial Leadership Council for the second year, representing the Manhattan region. Her role is to help develop a strong commercial division at the firm by providing agents with necessary leadership, training, and tools.
