Julia has been living in NYC for over 10 years and feels like a New Yorker at heart by now. She is very passionate about the New York real estate market and has several years of experience in both sales and rentals. Because of her intimate knowledge of market trends she particularly enjoys the sale process and helping clients relocate to New York. Prior to working in real estate, Julia worked in the entertainment industry as a host/video reporter for a well-known online magazine, having the opportunity to cover different events and venues in the city. Due to her successful career, schooling and media experience Julia has made great connections and built her network in real estate. Her extensive knowledge of neighborhoods (transportation, shops, restaurants, schools and entertainment venues) make her the to-go agent when in doubt. Julia attended NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate to broaden her knowledge of the ownership, management, and development, and also received her Bachelors in marketing from the New York Fashion Institute of Technology.
