Complementing Josiah Hyatt?s thirteen years of real estate sales and investment experience is his great sense of design as the previous owner of both a kitchen cabinet and granite countertop business and an art and antique market. Now specializing in sales and rentals on Manhattan?s Upper West Side, West Harlem, Washington Heights, and Inwood Real Estate Market, he enjoys learning about the uniqueness of different neighborhoods and finding new off the market investment opportunities that others miss.

Josiah is originally from North Carolina, where he began his real estate and business careers. Filled with energy and drive, Josiah strives to success in all of his business ventures.

Over the years, Josiah has bought and sold many investment properties. He still currently directs investments in his own company and for others in WNC and NYC. This personal insight enhances his expertise as a real estate professional to guide success in any type of market.

Outside of selling and investing in property, Josiah attends Columbia University. He is also interested in sailing, tennis, and golf when spare time allows.
