About Jim Bryan
Jim assists clients in finding the home they want and selling the home that they own. His invaluable contribution is his expertise, knowledge and experience, in understanding the market, neighborhoods, and the intangibles affecting the value of apartments.
Jim presents a monthly seminar for brokers at Keller Williams that addresses how to do research on apartments, town? houses and multi-family homes in the City of New York using primary sources (City records).
Jim has been a resident of New York City for over 20 years, during which time he has developed an intimate knowledge of its various neighborhoods. While Jim has lived in Manhattan, he, together with other investors, has owned property in Brooklyn.
Jim has a strong commitment to his community. When the City was financially unable to take care of its parks and other public areas, he established the Broadway Mall Association, which, working with local block associations, planted the median strips along Broadway from 59th to 110th Street. At the time, these ?malls? were barren flatlands. Today, they are verdant oases often used as backdrops for movies and television shows.
Jim is familiar with the structures and management of cooperatives and condominiums, having written offering plans for both. Additionally, he was the President of his cooperative corporation.
Jim works with both domestic and international clients.
Jim's clients know that Jim is always just a phone call or email away (that he will promptly answer),
