Jessica?s main focus, in any transaction, is always the client. The process of buying, selling or leasing real estate in NYC can be daunting, and because of that, she will explore any available options that fit the specific needs, with patience, understanding and efficiency. That is how she works.

She has a degree in Fashion Design and Merchandising and worked in the fashion industry for many years with names such as Marc Jacobs, Mara Hoffman, Alexis Bittar, and Cesar Galindo as well as participating in Fashion week several times over. In addition to the fashion shows, she would assist independent designers, create their own collections for trunk shows. This taught her how to work under pressure and get the best results regardless of the circumstance. Jessica learned how to be efficient, quick and a resolving person that always stands by what she says. She believes that being honest and realistic is the way to go in business and that you have to build your reputation day by day.

Despite her career as a Real Estate agent, Jessica is currently obtaining another career degree in business administration, as a perfect complement for her field; In Jessica?s words ?Real Estate gives me an outlet to help people in an impactful way that really changes their lives, not only economically but in a way that I see the client and families very happy with their new homes and that is one of the greatest feeling that comes with this career?. She makes sure that her clients are well taken care of and receives the best service available, no matter how much time, effort or obstacles that may arise. Jessica is clear about something and it is that there is always a way to make it happen. Jessica is a life-long New Yorker and a Brooklyn native that is residing in the lovely neighborhood of Astoria with her husband. She loves to travel frequently to Europe and she is also an avid lover of fashion and art, visiting museums regularly. She enjoys running, hiking and being outdoors. She also often likes to give back to her amazing city by volunteering for Habitat for Humanity, donating to The Salvation Army and assisting in some Summer Youth programs in Washington D.C.
