Spearheaded by his keen business acumen, Jerry graduated magna cum laude at Emory University, where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a double concentration in Finance and Accounting and served as the BBA council president.Driven by his desire to perform at the top level, Jerry launched his career on Wall Street with Deutsche Bank?s Consumer, Retail and Business Services investment banking group. As a quick learner with acute attention to detail, he helped close various financial transactions while collaborating with top company executives. Jerry also refined numerous skills such as financial modeling, valuation, and comparable analysis, which are crucial during transaction processes.Determined to create his own path, the move towards a start-up consulting firm within the EB-5 industry was a natural fit. As General Manager of EB-5 Market Connect, Jerry advises developers and entrepreneurs across the country on navigating the marketplace and assists with fundraising and financing for prominent real-estate projects in major metropolitan cities, such as New York City, Philadelphia, and Miami. Through this role, he has currently raised over $250m+ of EB-5 capital and developed a solid network across Asia of fund managers, brokers, and HNWIs. In his free time, Jerry is into clean eating and fitness. He enjoys playing basketball, participating in HIIT classes, and sampling the latest hole-in-the-wall restaurants. Grateful for a close group of friends, he takes the chance to show a little southern hospitality by occasionally hosting homey meals.
