Jeffrey began his career in real estate in 1998 as a real estate associate for the largest real estate firm in the State. His focus was to become an expert on the sales contract and market knowledge. With these two things in hand, he knew he could tackle any situation that came upon him. He spent over 5 years in the Real Estate Owned (REO) division of the company working with banks and other financial institutions working out short sales and foreclosures.With over 4000 real estate transactions under his belt, he has the experience to handle any type of situation that would arise. He also oversees a very dynamic and growing property management division that manages over 7000 single-family units, apartment building and condominium associations.Jeffrey has more than 2600 hours of real estate education.
