Born and Raised in upper Manhattan, Carlos, as he is better known to his friends and clients, is well versed in all the hidden gems of this great city. Carlos joined The Edry Group in 2008. With a strong background in investment properties, he was integral to the success of a large development project with over 17 condo conversions in upper Manhattan, along with two in Brooklyn and one in Queens. He was named Associate Sales Director shortly thereafter.

In the early days of his career, he focused heavily on rental units and had the opportunity to represent 40 buildings for a private landlord which catapulted him into becoming a top agent in his company.

In 2018, Carlos, and The Edry Group ranked as one of the Top Teams at Keller Williams NYC. He received awards for Most Team Sales Listings and Top Team in Sales Volume, along with the 2018 Silver Circle Award. His insider knowledge of Market Trends and Off-MarketTrends have elevated his strength as a leader in this industry.
