As Leasing Director for multiple New York City office buildings, including prominent buildings in Flat Iron and Noho, Gabe has had a wealth of experience which has afforded his clients a unique advantage .He understands how landlords think like few others and his clients have reaped the rewards of negotiation strategies which translate into benefits throughout a lease term. Gabe has represented or worked with tenants ranging from start up tech firms seeking that all important first lease to more established companies like Yahoo, major banks, and many notable tech and media firms.

In addition, Gabe has owned and sold a successful capital management firm. He holds or has held a NYS Registered Investment Advisor registration, FAA Pilot license, and a Master Of Oceans Certificate to captain ships and yachts. He is also a member of The Screen Actor's Guild.

Gabe was born and raised in Manhattan but has a passion traveling ,and loves spending time in the country with family, driving back roads and walks with his hound dog Jodie.
