He is a member of the Agent Leadership Council (which only includes the top agents of the KW firm) and is the Chairman of the Career Development at KW Gold Coast. He always contributes his time to teaching other agents areas of his expertise because he attributes his rapid success in the business to Keller Williams award winning training and development.
