Erica Cohen is an agent born and bred with a sharp mind for business and an innate sense of client needs. She graduated with a BA in Business Management from UMass Amherst and quickly landed a position as the Director of Human Resources with a reputable NYC commercial real estate company. Erica realized her true passion was to combine her love for entrepreneurship with the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

The world of NYC real estate fit her like a glove and she has built her business in Manhattan over the past year and a half. She joined Keller Williams to foster long-term client relationships and is licensed in both New Jersey and New York.

Erica is a New Jersey native and grew up in North Brunswick. The metropolitan life always energized her and she has been a Hoboken resident for the past two years. She is a true Hudson County and Manhattan expert and provides invaluable market and cultural insight; clients most often note her honesty, responsiveness, and expertise of Hoboken, Jersey City, and Manhattan.

In her free time Erica enjoys traveling, yoga, scoping out local restaurants, and assists in the family thoroughbred breeding/racing business.
