Prior to joining the New York real estate community, David B. Cohen spent 20 years in the advertising business. He has advised both early-stage web companies, consulted with advertising agencies and been employed by media investment firms.Throughout his career David has lived in New York City in the neighborhoods of the Upper East Side, Chelsea and currently the Financial District. Born in Brooklyn, raised just outside the City in the suburbs of New York and New Jersey, he visited with relatives in Manhattan and Brooklyn often. His early introduction, as well as these past experiences, led him to develop a great love for New York City.
